Discover the significance of chakras and the healing powers of their colours

Begin each session with a chakra-clearing healing to release blockages and restore energy flow.

Explore a different chakra each week by wearing its colour, finding related objects and painting the colours variations.

Whether you want to feel more grounded through your Root chakra or open your heart through the heart chakra, this journey will support your energetic and creative growth.
