Exploring inner and outer paths to nourishment and encouragement.
By being more in touch, present and attentive to what arises within us, we can find our lives to be more nourishing and encouraging. In this one day workshop we will explore the themes of self care, the difference between emotions and feelings, relationship patterns with their hindrances and potential, and finding other ways to connect with ourselves in a more meaningful way.
The workshop will use creative exercises and dialogue suitable for anyone interested in personal development and self-transformation.
The workshop is co-facilitated by Jane Chase and Pauline Marksteiner, both BACP counsellors with many years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups.
