Rhythmical massage is suitable for chronic and some acute conditions. It seeks to restore balance and harmony in the rhythmical function of the body, which are necessary for a state of healing and health. These rhythms include breathing, sleeping, circulation, digestion and menstruation.
The massage takes 25 to 30 minutes after which there is a rest time. Allow at least one hour for each appointment. It is ideal if a person can come weekly for a block of massages. Individual plans can be discussed with the therapist.
